Anna offers personal shopping services in person or via Zoom or Facetime. We’re happy to help you with shopping and styling for any occasion.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Anna Store is happy to offer a store credit or exchange. Return items must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase, in their original condition. For shipped orders, return items must be returned to us within 10 days of the item's delivery date, in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend that you insure all return packages as a full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged. 
All returns must be approved by Anna Store. Please email annanyckk@icloud.com to notify us of the item you are returning and the reason for your return. 

[re]ANNA/ ANNA Archive

If you’re interested in adding pieces to our archive for resale please photograph the pieces and send photos to annanyckk@icloud.com subject ARCHIVE. We’re looking for dresses, coats and special tops that are in season and in excellent condition. When your items are approved we will project the retail price. Then ship to us  When we receive your shipment we’ll send a resale invoice. Your items will then be photographed  for our website and will also be sold on annanyc and in the store. When they’re sold you will receive 50% of the retail (via Venmo or Zelle) or 60% in ANNA Bucks store credit toward your next ANNA purchase. If your items don’t sell within 3 months we’ll split return postage with you. Or drop off and pick up at the store.
