Personal Shopping 

Anna offers personal shopping services for free in person or via Skype.  We are happy to help you with shopping and styling for any occasion. 

Shipping

Orders received before 2pm will ship same day via UPS, or the following morning via USPS.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Anna Store is happy to offer a store credit or exchange. Return items must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase, in their original condition. For shipped orders, return items must be returned to us within 10 days of the item's delivery date, in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend that you insure all return packages as a full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged. 
All returns must be approved by Anna Store. Please call email annanyckk@icloud.com to notify us of the item you are returning and the reason for your return. 
Please note that Anna Store does not accept returns for sale items, undergarments or swimwear..
